She is a 60-years-old, female who claimed had done mammogram in 2019 at Breast Centre, was informed had multiple breast cysts. Otherwise patient is asymptomatic and has no family history of malignancy. She came for mammogram for screening. Mammogram and complementary ultrasound (on 5/9/2022) shows 1) BIRADS 4c: Suspicious left breast lesion (Lt 3H) with group of fine linear microcalcifications. Suggest for biopsy and HPE correlation. 2) Probably benign bilateral breast lesions. She came for mammogram for screening. Patient keen for follow up under your centre.
